  1. I've heard that so many times from Indians….they come to America expecting lots of racism and then get shocked when they don't get racism and instead find that people are really nice to them.

  2. Kenny u r my favourite why u south indian people are so different from us (North Indian) u people are so educated literate with a great sense of humour polite . I really feel why I m not south indian.

  3. When I went to live in UK for few years this is how I felt when everyone was nice to me until one day when I skipped wearing makeup and put my hair up in bun😢. Then I noticed the same bus driver who greets me good morning on well-dressed days, didn't return my good morning on the day I was not groomed with make-up and blow dried hair. I was unwelcomed and denied service at a luxury saloon on the day I went to the saloon after my gym. I later realized it was bcos they assumed me poor in gym clothes without make-up. They are so good at injecting racism so subtly that we fail to notice.

But since LA has huge population of artists and business fellows from multi cultural background I suppose there might not be much racial intolerance.

  4. I ain't no pavam ..then and now ..while in India nor while in dubai nor while in north America. Pavam mode never turns on. That switch is off in me. I ain't no badass either. Just normal and self where ever I go, who ever I interact with.
